Farm Animal Shogi is based on a variant of Japanese chess called "Dōbutsu shōgi". It is played on a small 3x4 board with just a handful of pieces. This provides a dynamic gameplay, especially since pieces can be re-placed on the board. The rules of the game are really simple to learn, but mastering them takes some practice.
